So far I am impressed by the comfort, economy, accessories, and overall performance. It has many safety features to assist me in driving. That is one of the reasons that I purchased it. I had a Ford C-max prior and it was a great car, but Ford saw fir to discontinue it leaving me no choice except to find something equivalent. It also had some features that the Niro does not have but on balance, I am very satisfied with the Kia. wish the seats were a little plusher, but I'm a big guy and my weight be more of a challenge than the designers had in mind.
I love that it has Apple carplay and all the controls are easy to read and figure out.
Also, the smart cruise control is great. It doesn't stop & follow but it will slow down till almost a stop and then pick up again. So don't expect it to take over when stuck in traffic. Once the car stops it disengages.
Though the wheels are small the ride is comfortable and handles decently.
Overall I'm very pleased with car so far. Just purchased a month ago so I can't speak to the reliability. But, with a 5yr/60k warrantly I'm good for some time.
